Every minute. The widget script is cached at the CDN for 60 seconds, so when a visitor lands on your page they see status that's at most a minute old.
No. The badge uses all:initial to reset inherited styles, then sets every property inline. Your site's CSS won't bleed into it and the badge won't bleed into your site.
Only where third-party <script> tags are allowed. Discord embeds and most forums sanitize scripts — for those, link directly to your server page or use the image banner from your control panel.
